Dekania (FAO 280)

The variety of Dekania maize is a plant of the generative type – grain. This variety is characterized by not too high growth and a huge, extended cob, often creating even 24 rows of grains, ensuring record grain yields in the dent type. During implementation experiments (out of several dozen of the cultivars tested in terms of yield), it was ranked 1st in Wolica and 2^nd in Żywocice.
